It has been wonderful to host winter greens from the heated greenhouses of our neighbor farm, Fibonacci. But all good things must come to an end, as they’ve cleared them out to make space for early tomatoes.
We do have a few things growing in our own garden, but the recent wind has dried them out. We’re waiting for our irrigation water to come on for the year so we can kick off the growing season and bring them back to life.
The timing of our water delivery is always a bit up in the air, but we’ll start harvesting as soon as there’s something tasty and crisp to pick. We wish we could offer veggies every week all season, but sometimes it just isn’t in the cards. Thank you for your support and understanding!

We really enjoyed baking and selling organic sourdough bread, granola and tetsu pumpkin bread slices over the winter. However, we have transitioned our energies to the garden now. Since you all responded so positively to the bread, we are working on building connections with other local home bakers, to offer bread in the stand. Right now this is just Friday morning. But we hope to expand.

Egg laying is picking up! Fridays we have consistently had eggs all day for the last few weeks.

We are down to just one doe in milk right now and she is giving us about a quart a day. We have stopped milking the rest of the herd to give their udders rest and recovery time before they kid (give birth). Over the next two months we should start to have babies in the pasture and milk availability will eventually pick up.

For highest quality and longest shelf life, we harvest produce daily, in the cool of the morning. Though we try to grow/stock enough for a full day, sometimes things sell out within a few hours. Additionally, if you come early, some items may not have been harvested yet. So please keep your expectations flexible!
